Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4 to 7 working days, ensuring timely delivery. However, occasional delays may extend the delivery period to 7 to 10 days due to factors like adverse weather or customs issues. Our team actively communicates any changes in order status or shipping timelines to keep customers informed.

It's important to distinguish between fulfillment and shipping processes. Cotton apparel is fulfilled within 3 working days, while athleisure wear and all-over printed garments have a fulfillment period of 3 to 7 working days based on product specifics and inventory levels. After fulfillment, products are dispatched for shipping.

We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 799/-, with a nominal fee of Rs. 21 for smaller orders. Reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, Shiprocket, Ecom Express, Delhivery, DTDC, and Ekart handle our logistics efficiently.

Upon dispatching an order, customers receive an email with tracking information and shipment details. Potential setbacks like Return-to-Origin (RTO) incidents can occur due to unserviceable pincodes, payment issues, incorrect addresses provided during checkout, or miscommunication in address details. Missed calls from delivery personnel may also cause delays.
